project for promotion of alternative forms of tourism in Prespa region

Prespa as a unique region is keeping the secreats of beauty of its cultural and natural heritage. To docover the hidden beauties, visitors should have developed skills and senses to catch the frequency of the feelings of Prespa beauty.

NGO “Florozon” from Skopje, leading organization of the Accesses Initiative in Macedonia, on 02.02.2010 has organized regional meeting with the title: Accesses to information, public participation and access to justice related to environmental issues.  

At the meeting representatives from Local municipalities and NGO’s from Ohrid, Resen, Bitola, Demir Hisar, Krusevo, Prile and Novaci attend.

From the debate and discussions after the presentations, very important conclusions come up. One of the most important is the need for involvement and capacity building of the vulnerable and marginalized groups  related to environmental issues.

Regional meeting is organized in cooperation with American embassy in Macedonia and Biosfera as a local partner
